## Build your evening and morning routine

* **Sunrise light:** Choose a gradual pre-alarm ramp from 10 to 30 minutes.
* **Sleep sounds:** Explore white, pink and brown noise, procedural soundscapes and recorded nature sounds.
* **Sleep timer:** Set a sound timer from 30 minutes to eight hours.
* **Apple Home scenes:** Configure compatible HomeKit scenes for bedtime and wake time.
* **Warm night display:** Choose Candlelight, Soft Amber or Crimson warmth presets.
* **Clock views:** Use a minimal clock or an Earth day/night map in blackout mode.
* **Daylight and history:** View solar times and locally recorded sleep sessions.

## Set an alarm

1. Open Alarm TV Pro and choose your wake time.
2. Select a one-time, daily, weekday, weekend or custom repeat schedule.
3. Adjust snooze intervals and limits.
4. Choose your sunrise and sound options, then arm the alarm.
5. Keep the app open on Apple TV for its foreground alarm and audio experience.
