1. No Data Collection

Check Pro Generator is designed to be a completely private experience. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your personal or financial data.

2. Data Storage

All the information you enter into the app—including profile names, bank account details, routing numbers, addresses, and check history—is stored in one of two secure locations, which you control:

• On Your Device: By default, all data is stored locally in the app's secure, sandboxed container on your iPhone. Only you can access this data.

• In Your Private iCloud Account: If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data will be securely transferred and stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's end-to-end encryption. This allows you to sync your profiles and checks across your devices. We, the developers, do not have the keys to decrypt or view this information.

At no point is your sensitive data stored on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

Check Pro Generator does not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection services.

4. Permissions

• Photo Library Access (Optional): The app may request one-time access to your Photo Library. This is solely for the purpose of allowing you to select an image to use as a logo on your checks. We do not scan, store, or transmit your photos for any other reason.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove it.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
