Welcome to MVU Pro Calculator (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose

MVU Pro Calculator is a clinical utility that helps healthcare professionals compute Montevideo Units (MVU) during labour monitoring. It now includes:

• Real-time MVU calculation & interpretation • Session history and PDF/CSV export • On-boarding tutorial & legal disclaimer • Local-only data storage (no account or cloud) • Share feature for clinical documentation

This App does not replace professional medical judgment.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only if you are a qualified healthcare professional and only for lawful, clinical purposes. You must not:

Rely on the App as a sole source of patient assessment.
Introduce patient-identifiable data into shared exports.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Medical Disclaimer

• MVU values are calculation aids. • Always verify results and correlate with clinical findings. • The App is not FDA-cleared as a medical device. • We assume no liability for clinical decisions or outcomes.

4. Privacy

The App operates completely offline. All data remain on-device. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal or health information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements are the property of inwisso Labs. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

6. Updates

We may release updates that add features or fix issues. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to purchase the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
