# Terms of Service

1. **Acceptance** – By downloading or using Pig Weight Pro (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the App.
2. **Description** – The App estimates pig weight from body measurements and stores records for informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
3. **Medical Disclaimer** – Calculations are estimates only and may vary due to breed, body condition, measurement accuracy, and other factors. Always consult qualified professionals for health or dosing decisions.
4. **User Responsibilities** – You are responsible for taking accurate measurements, interpreting results appropriately, and complying with local regulations.
5. **Data & Privacy** – All data is stored locally with optional iCloud sync. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
6. **Intellectual Property** – The App and all related content are owned by Inwisso. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. **Limitation of Liability** – We are not liable for losses arising from the use of weight estimates. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
8. **Indemnification** – You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inwisso from any claims resulting from your misuse of the App.
9. **Updates** – We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. **Termination** – We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. **Governing Law** – These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Inwisso is located.
