# Privacy Policy

STB Max IPTV Player ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the STB Max IPTV Player application (the "App") on iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and tvOS devices.

By downloading and using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

***

### 1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We believe in minimizing data collection to respect your privacy.

* **No Account Registration:** We do not require you to create an account with us to use the App.
* **No Media Tracking:** We do not track, log, or store information about the media, channels, movies, or series you stream using the App.
* **No Personal Credentials:** Any IPTV portal credentials, server URLs, M3U playlists, or MAC addresses you enter into the App are **stored locally** on your device (and securely synchronized via your personal iCloud account if enabled). We do **not** transmit this data to our own servers, nor do we have access to it.

### 2. Information That May Be Collected

#### A. Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Analytics & Crash Reports)

To improve the performance and stability of the App, we may collect anonymous usage data and crash reports. This data is collected entirely through Apple’s native opt-in analytics services (provided you have agreed to share diagnostics with developers in your Apple device settings). This data may include:

* Device type and operating system version.
* Time and date of crashes.
* Non-identifiable performance metrics.

#### B. Communication Data

If you contact us directly for support (e.g., via email), we will receive your email address and any other information you choose to provide. This information is used strictly to assist with your inquiry and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

### 3. How Your Information Is Used

Any minimal data we receive (such as crash logs or support emails) is used solely to:

* Identify and fix bugs.
* Improve the App's user interface and overall experience.
* Provide customer support.

### 4. Third-Party Services and Links

STB Max IPTV Player acts strictly as a media player. You, the user, supply the URLs, playlists, and portal connections.

* When you stream content, your device connects directly to the third-party server or service provider you have configured.
* We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of the providers you choose to stream from. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of your IPTV service providers.

### 5. Security of Your Data

The security of your data is important to us. By storing your playlist data and credentials locally on your device and utilizing Apple's secure iCloud ecosystem, your data benefits from Apple's robust security measures. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

### 6. Children's Privacy

Our App does not intentionally target or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Because the App acts as a blank player, parents or guardians are responsible for the content loaded into the App and ensuring it is appropriate for children.

### 7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

### 8. Contact Us

If you have any questions or suggestions about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us at:
