Effective date: October 13, 2026 Timer Pro TV is an Apple TV app developed by inwisso ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the current app handles information when you use its countdown timers, saved timers, sequential routines, and settings. ## Our approach Timer Pro TV works without an account. Its timer features run on your Apple TV, and the app stores timer data and preferences locally. The app does not send your timer names, durations, routines, or preferences to us. The current app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell app data or use it for targeted advertising. ## Information stored on your Apple TV The app saves information needed to operate and restore your timers, including: * Saved timer names, durations, icons, colors, and selected alarm sounds. * Countdown state, such as remaining time, start times, and target completion times. * Sequential routine state, including the active step and completed steps. * Preferences such as the display theme, clock format, alarm sound, sound settings, and sequence alert settings. This information is stored in the app's local preferences on your Apple TV. It lets you reuse saved timers and restore countdown progress when you return to the app. Timer Pro TV does not provide an in-app cloud synchronization service or send this information to an inwisso server. ## Information the app does not request The app does not ask you to provide a name, email address, or other account details to use its timer features. It does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone. Custom timer names are entered by you and remain in local app storage. Avoid putting sensitive information in timer names if other people can see or use your Apple TV. ## Apple services and diagnostics Apple handles App Store downloads, any App Store payment processing, and Apple TV system services under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive your payment card details. Depending on your Apple device settings, Apple may collect and share app crash reports or diagnostics with developers. Any reports made available to us are used to investigate problems and improve reliability. Timer Pro TV does not contain its own analytics or crash-reporting SDK. The app's "More Apps" link opens our developer page in Apple's App Store. Your interaction with the App Store is governed by Apple's policies. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is needed for your request. Support correspondence is kept only as reasonably necessary to handle your request, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of your correspondence. ## Sharing information Timer Pro TV does not transmit your local timer data to us or third parties. Support correspondence may be processed by the email service providers we use to receive and respond to your messages. We may disclose support information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address abuse. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for targeted advertising. ## Your choices and local data You can edit or delete saved timers in the dashboard. The app's Reset to Defaults option restores default timers and settings. Local data remains available to the app until it is changed, reset, or removed through your device's app-data controls. Because we do not receive your locally stored timer data, we cannot access, export, or delete it remotely. Use the app and your Apple TV controls to manage it. You can manage diagnostic sharing through Apple's device settings and contact us about information you have sent directly to us. ## Children's privacy The app's timer features do not collect personal information from children or require an account. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support correspondence, contact us so we can address it and delete it as appropriate. ## This website This policy covers Timer Pro TV. Opening this policy or other pages on app.inwisso.com involves the website's hosting services and is separate from the app's local timer features.
