  • Game Progress: Scores and local preferences (e.g., category selections) are stored on your device.

  • Deletion: You can delete local progress by uninstalling the App or using any in-app reset options provided.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

  • Products: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions unlock all categories.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel in the Settings app on Apple TV.

  • Trials, Refunds, and Billing: Handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will address it promptly.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your data.

  • We do not share personal data with advertisers or third-party ad networks.

  • Limited aggregated analytics may be processed by Apple’s systems (per Apple’s privacy policies).

Security

We use platform-standard safeguards and Apple’s StoreKit for purchase validation. While no system is perfectly secure, we strive to protect the limited data we handle.

International Users

The App operates globally via Apple’s App Store. Any analytics or subscription validation flows are handled through Apple services, which may involve cross-border processing under Apple’s policies.
