### Local Data and Progress

* Game Progress: Scores and local preferences (e.g., category selections) are stored on your device.
* Deletion: You can delete local progress by uninstalling the App or using any in-app reset options provided.

### In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

* Products: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions unlock all categories.
* Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Manage or cancel in the `Settings` app on Apple TV.
* Trials, Refunds, and Billing: Handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

### Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will address it promptly.

### Data Sharing

* We do not sell your data.
* We do not share personal data with advertisers or third-party ad networks.
* Limited aggregated analytics may be processed by Apple’s systems (per Apple’s privacy policies).

### Security

We use platform-standard safeguards and Apple’s StoreKit for purchase validation. While no system is perfectly secure, we strive to protect the limited data we handle.

### International Users

The App operates globally via Apple’s App Store. Any analytics or subscription validation flows are handled through Apple services, which may involve cross-border processing under Apple’s policies.

### Your Choices and Rights

* Delete Local Data: Uninstall the App or use in-app reset options.
